Acai Bowl Recipe

Let's just focus the contents of this lens on the Acai Bowl, a very tasty fruit and granola dish, made using the dark purple super-berry named Acai (ah-sigh-ee), a product grown in the Brazilian Amazon. Acai Bowls are enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, snack and/or dinner. I enjoyed my first Acai Bowl while vacationing in Los Angeles in 2009. The flavor was really awesome and the unexpected energy boost enabled me to keep up with my son as we headed back to Disney later in the day. The common ingrediants included in the Acai Bowl recipes below are Frozen Acai Smoothie Packs, a bananna; optional fruits which tend to be used include goji berries, strawberries, blueberries and rasberries. As well, you'll find that the recipes may include nuts or granola, soy milk and or apple juice. Do enjoy.
